Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States only.
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days after processing
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing (where available)
Shipping rates are a flat fee per sign.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods (such as holidays). We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@yardsignsoffaith.com with your order number and photos if applicable. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
