Damaged or Defective Items
If your sign arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@yardsignsoffaith.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damage or defect
We will promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Returns
Because our yard signs are fragile products, we are unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect orders placed by the customer. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
If you believe there was an error on our part, please reach out and we will make it right.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Cancellations
Orders may not be cancelled once payment has processed. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@yardsignsoffaith.com if you need to cancel.
